みなさん、お元気ですか?こちらも、なんと１６回目になりますが、塵も積もれば山となりますね。（many a little makes a mickle）さて、今日は、英語のレシピを読んで何を作っているのか考えてみましょう。


1. put eggs in the hot water
2. boil for 7 minutes.　※boil（煮る）
For sauce
3. put 200cc soy sauce in the bowl
4. add 120cc water, cooking sake 10cc and sugar 10g ※add(加える)
5. boil until very hot
6. cool it with iced water

7. put sauce in the bowl and dip eggs in it ※dip(浸す)
8. wait 45 minutes.
9. take eggs from the sauce
